Refrain from jealousy in your marriage, although it's natural to be jealous of your spouse when feeling threatened by the loss of losing them or the attention that they may be getting for someone else. If your spouse gives you a reason to be insecure about them or your relationship, then you need to express how you feel in love and get the reassurance that you need in order to rebuild your confidence and trust in them. Sometimes open and honest discussion will put your mind at ease.

Don't let jealousy block you from living your lives as a secure and fulfilled couple. You must learn to control the negative aspects of jealousy and envy and not allow these destructive forces to steal your joy and ruin your marriage.

Proverbs 14:30 "A sound heart is the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones."
